We are trained to provide assistance to companies (TPE, PMI, and PME). Our expertise in these domains covers both national and European levels. Our activities consider the specificity of each enterprise and are based upon the inherent creativity and perpetual innovation of tools, analyses, ideas, and project collaboration. The originality of our services consists in our ability to enact changes in the work environment through the creation of new economic and social relations.
Project Consulting, Starting up and Recreating Businesses
We also provide consulting for start-up, or businesses seeking to take-overs themselves. We see these services as a response to the complexity of problems posed by redundancies and new forms of employment.
Lay-off Prevention and Risk Assessment
In addition, we specialize in complementary legal guidance, consulting, and risk prevention for those at risk of being laid-off. We perform in-depth evaluations of the likelihood that a worker will be made redundant during their corporate career. We take into account the situation of the employee, their corporation, and their skills in the given economic environment.
Activity Assessment, Future Employability
As part of our work in redundancy prevention, we analyze the relationship between the employee’s qualifications, the evolution of their profession, and the limitations that their education and training will place on their future employability. Towards this end, we also analyze the role of the employee within their corporation in order to develop an overview of their professional activities. In addition, we can assist employees during periods where they are at more immediate risk of being laid-off. In such cases, we provide consulting services by means of strategic guidance and research.

We help employees in the process of creating or remaking a business. We provide employees with management methods to evaluate the potential and possibilities of going into business for themselves.

We have observed that no firm or institution is capable of providing the services and counselling that responds to the underlying problems and long-term trajectory of work today for employees, redundant/unemployed workers, and job seekers. This leads to an endless repetition of ill will in the workplace, of under-employment, of poorly adapted skill sets and knowledge bases, in addition to the inevitable problems of unemployment and damage to self-confidence.
To respond to this observation, we have created the “Career Laboratory, a Creative Space”.
